The 750m swim consists of a 250m upstream section followed by a 500m downstream section.
There is just one turn marked by a large yellow buoy.

Navigation Tip: Keep as near as possible to the left going upstream to minimise the current drag. Once you make the turn use the current in your favour by swimming as close as possible to the centre of the River.
